8.7.3 Financial sustainability

The funding for most project activities is provided as part of the library budget. Some funding for specialist activities comes from outside agencies. Gail McMillan sees her role as a service-oriented librarian to say yes to any reasonable request from within the university and then work out how to resource it. The university administration is very supportive of the activities of the project and has allocated significant resources to it in the forward planning process.
