10.2.3 Archiving the e-journal

Part of a new technology stasis will be the need for a secure and reliable system of archiving. Any system for archiving e-journals has two components: the form in which the e-journal is archived and the system whereby the archiving takes place (covered later - see 10.5.2: Who does the archiving? on page 185).
